Job Description

• HR Executive is responsible for building relationships with the entire team • Should take initiative in conducting various team building strategies in an organization • Should be involved in strategic decisions of organization in order to identify the need of the vacant position if any. • Should be involved in end to end recruitment of employees. • Once the candidate get selected, HR Executive is responsible for conducting induction of the new joiner. • HR Executive should be involved in making and implementing the policies of the organization • Should demonstrate, build and maintain the ideology and culture of the organization. • Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for pay check advances. • Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules. • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions • Taking care of the day to day administration. • HR department should be well versed with every events of the organization and should facilitate them.
